DAY: Wednesday starting December 5          LOCATION: Daly School Gym

TIME: 615-7pm                                                           FEE: $150

 

Learn all the fundamentals of baseball pitching. Focus on developing proper throwing mechanics to reduce and prevent arm injury through a complete training program. Maximum 12 pitchers per session.
