Somewhere, most places actually, there is a frustrated yet well intentioned parent screaming at his youth basketball team. Somewhere, most places actually, there is a frustrated yet well intentioned parent running isolation plays at his youth practice.
Somewhere else, here at PW PAL actually, there are professional Coaches for every single team in the league. Professional Coaches who recognize that developing fundamental skills and game knowledge in each and every player is way more important than winning any particular game.
If you want your child playing 'somewhere else' and developing solid skills and a passion for the sport, you're in the right place.
Fall 2019 (and continuing indoors Winter 2019/20) we are tipping off leagues for Boys and Girls in 3rd - 8th Grades. Divisions will be split by gender and there will be a 3rd & 4th Grade, 5th & 6th Grade, and 7th & 8th Grade league.
Each team will feature a professional coach and we welcome parent volunteers as coordinators. 8 game guarantee + 8 practices. In addition to the professional coaching and league experience every player receives a ticket to a Brooklyn Nets game along with their ‘tunnel experience’ which gets them on the Barclay's Arena court. Every player automatically enrolled in the Sunday skills clinic as well. 22 events for less than $20/event!
